Roanoke, VA — February 10, 2026 — Veracity, the leading Technology Management System for K-12 districts, today announced a new partnership with Hamilton Local School District (Ohio) to streamline technology purchasing, improve visibility into edtech investments, and reduce overlap across schools.
The initiative was first encouraged by Hamilton’s finance department. Chief Financial Officer Brian Wilson sought greater insight into how technology dollars were being spent across the district and explored how Veracity could help surface overlapping tools and improve fiscal alignment.
After initial interest from finance, Technology Director Adam Beggrow led the district’s evaluation and implementation efforts. Together, the team identified the need for a centralized workflow to manage purchasing requests, approvals, and renewals across departments and schools.
“Hamilton’s greatest need was creating consistency and transparency in how technology is requested and purchased,” said the Veracity team. “By centralizing workflows, districts gain clarity on what is being used, what is approved, and where spending can be optimized.”
In addition to purchasing workflows, Hamilton Local saw value in Veracity’s product catalogs, which provide both staff and public visibility into approved technologies. These catalogs help eliminate confusion, improve compliance, and ensure stakeholders understand which tools are supported and aligned with district goals.
Hamilton Local School District moved quickly to implement Veracity ahead of renewal season, recognizing the immediate impact on budget planning and contract management. The district also plans a broader staff rollout for the 2026–2027 school year, positioning Veracity as a foundational system for technology governance and purchasing across the organization.
By aligning finance and technology leadership, Hamilton Local is establishing a more strategic, transparent, and efficient approach to managing the tools that support teaching and learning.
Veracity is proud to partner with Hamilton Local School District as they modernize technology management and drive smarter decision-making across the district.
