Founded in Roanoke, VA in January 2021, Veracity was introduced by the former CEO and co-founder of Interactive Achievement (Jonathan Hagmaier) and several former colleagues passionate about delivering a solution to help schools better purchase, adopt, and manage technologies through and post COVID-19. Our dream is to transform the future of K-12 just as IA did.

Jon Hagmaier

CEO, Chairman of the Board

Formerly the co-founder of Interactive Achievement (IA) and the award-winning onTRAC® platform, Jonathan Hagmaier has spent many years advocating for Educators and forward-thinking EdTech solutions. Having served 16+ years in public education prior to IA, Jon’s firsthand experience has influenced the mission of not one, but multiple business endeavors in the K-12 space. His vision for unbiased product evaluations and empowered decision making for educators set the stage for Veracity’s creation, where he now serves as CEO.

Crystal Wilson

Chief Operating Officer

Crystal has over 21 years of experience in education. She started out as a classroom teacher and enjoyed connecting with her students as a positive influence in their lives. Crystal joined the EdTech industry in 2011, where she held various roles within Product Management and Customer Success for the award-winning companies Interactive Achievement and PowerSchool. When not seeking tech solutions to solve everyday problems, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family exploring national parks, traveling to basketball tournaments along the east coast to watch her son play, and going to the beach every chance that she gets.

Amy Robertson Dornton

Chief Revenue Officer

With over 20 years’ experience marketing and selling enterprise software, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge on best practices for navigating the purchase, adoption, and management of educational technologies. As Chief Revenue Officer, she works with educators to understand the needs of each district and builds a customized plan for maximizing technology for teacher and student achievement.
